DeWalt Fiberglass Engineering Hammer Review

This post is sponsored by The Home Depot.

We recently received the DeWalt 4 lb. Fiberglass Engineering Hammer and we couldn't wait to use it, but here's the thing. This hammer is made for demolition and we don't have anything to demo. So what better way to break it in, no pun intended...well maybe, than swinging at a concrete paver.

I am honestly like a kid in a candy shop when it comes to breaking things. I'm not exactly sure why, and I promise I'm not a psychopath. Maybe it's because I was the best kid and never broke anything....so now as an adult, I can act like a kid. No, but seriously I was so excited. Can you tell? Let's get into this DeWalt hammer review!

Let's talk about the specs, shall we? The DeWalt Fiberglass Engineering Hammer is lightweight because of the fiberglass, and has overstrike protection, great for my delicate hands which I swear I already have arthritis. The grip is amazing with the over mold texture. I never felt my hands slipping around or felt like the hammer was going to go flying. There are 2 faces on this hammer. One side you would probably use like we did for breaking concrete and more striking applications. The other side you could use for things like driving stakes.
