MILWAUKEE 25 ft. STUD Tape Measure | Review

We all use a tape measure. There's no if's, and's, or but's. How in the world could you build without one? It's easy, you can't.
The MILWAUKEE 25 ft. STUD Tape Measure just came into the shop and we are here to share with you everything about this guy.
The first thing I noticed when I pulled out the blade was the HUGE numbers! If you're like me and have a hard time seeing especially when reading tape measures, this one is for you. The best thing is, the number won't fade because they are 10x more abrasion resistant!
The blade is also proven to be the industry's most durable and long lasting. It is also rip and wear resistant. We still have a few tape measures that have been terribly bent and it drives me nuts. We probably aren't even getting an accurate reading anymore. But that is now no more! With the heavy duty EXO360 blade technology, the blade is actually covered with a high density coating that wraps around the blade 360 degrees, so that is what keeps it so durable and long lasting.
The STUD tape measure can also stand an 80 ft. drop. We haven't tested this because we can honestly not get high enough. This is a perfect feature for roofers!
One of my favorite things is the finger stop built into the body for retraction control. No more pinching the end of your finger when the foot comes all the way back in. And it's just so much more comfortable than reaching your finger all the way to the front of the body. Maybe I just have small hands, but either way, this is a fav.
Question. Do you ever find yourself stretching a tape measure so far that it collapses every..singe..time? The STUD tape measure has a 10 ft. tape stand out, we have tested this one, it doesn't collapse!
As you can see by the name, this tape measure does have standard stud measurements marked for faster measuring. You can also get the same tape measure in a different length at 16ft. This one does come with a limited lifetime warranty and we will definitely be keeping this around the shop and when we go to installs.
