What materials are used and how much to build?

(1) 48″ x 96″ x 3/4″ Birch Plywood - All table body components.
(2) 2” x 48” Pine Dowel - Used for the legs. If you can’t find 2” then anything around 1-1/2” will work too. https://homedepot.sjv.io/Y6qyB

(1 RollOptional) Edge Banding - To hide the plywood edges.
